To accomplish this we want to take advantage of opportunities to combine public and enterprise data to build predictions and recommendations that address customer needs and preferences related to content, network quality, price plan, device or any other product we can offer.
At the same time, creating a data thinking mindset and getting stakeholders on board is crucial to transform insights from data into business decisions.
In this talk I will go through some of the common challenges and decisions faced when developing and industrialising data-driven products. I will also share some experience and learnings on removing barriers and inspiring curiosity to better leverage data.
